Without a doubt, women will make more progress using their full potential in the next 50 years than they have in the last 500.
While women have redefined their roles and have secured unprecedented leadership opportunities, the overpowering focus remains to be that of establishing a balanced life. The harmony between values and growing ambition is the central focus of the Leadership for Women program. Through the ten phases, you will learn how to break through the restraints of negative conditioning in the workplace and realize your potential for leadership.
